I have been working with Lexi for a while and expected to eventually feel stronger. To my surprise, not only do I feel stronger, I am actually stronger, fitter and healthier. The precise fitness program Lexi developed for me included strength, cardio and nutritional plans, all with my personal goals in mind. I was already very active when I met Lexi; I did water aerobics several times per week. When I told her my concerns regarding my osteoporosis, Lexi encouraged me to add weight bearing exercises to my routine. Now, more than 3 years later, I meet with her twice a week and my bone density is perfect! I now live in Florida and being able to continue my sessions over zoom has been very convenient.
