Throughout my 20+ years in the fitness industry, I have watched fitness trends come and go. And while I pride myself on staying current with new research in the field, I know from real-hand experience that no two bodies are the same, and my proven methods will get you lasting results no fad can deliver.
-
My approach with each client is unique—in fact, it’s expertly tailored so you may reach your aspirations and overcome your obstacles. My top goals—always—are to ensure you feel comfortable, keep you healthy, and help you set and achieve your goals.
-
My fitness career started at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2005, I moved back home to Massachusetts and began teaching and training at gyms all over Boston. I trained clients at Healthworks, Boston Sports Club, YMCA, Equinox, Fitness Unlimited, The Weymouth Club, Super Fitness, and more. Over the years, I have worked with clients of all ages and skill levels, helping them prepare for big events, lose weight they’d been struggling with for years, finally be free from pain, and get stronger and healthier than ever before.
-
Over the years and across a variety of gyms, I found there was a large population who was not being served: people with chronic injuries, many of who had “graduated” from Physical Therapy but were still in pain. Acknowledging this gap between physical therapy and fitness, I decided to return to school and earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
-
The Physical Therapy field was too rigid and restrictive. My commitment to treating the entire patient was suddenly limited by doctors’ prescriptions and insurance coverage. So, well-armed with my in-depth knowledge of anatomy and injuries, I left school and returned to personal training, determined to bridge the gap, to help people who had not been fully healed by traditional medical interventions.

My unique background and unwavering commitment make me different from others in the fitness industry. I will meet you where you are, working to understand and support your specific needs and goals. It would be my pleasure to serve you!
