Stretching / Yoga

  • Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or help your body recover from other workouts, this class is a beginner friendly, non-impact format that will focus on breath and relaxation. No equipment needed.

  • Saturdays 10-11am EST over Zoom.

Pilates

  • A non impact strength based workout that revolves around core exercises. Improve your posture, reduce back pain, tighten and slim your middle- all from your floor! No equipment needed.

  • Thursdays 12-1pm EST over Zoom.

    Perfect for a lunch break workout!

Foam Rolling

  • With a quick $20 purchase of a foam roller, you are in your way to better mobility, decreased tension, and increased flexibility. Myofascial release (ie massage) helps with pain, circulation, and recovery. This amazing piece of equipment is your own personal masseuse.

  • Wednesdays 430-530pm EST over Zoom.

Stengthening

  • Get stronger, lose fat, and work up a sweat without jumping around. This low impact workout tones you from head to toe. A one-time $25 equipment purchase will transform your space into all the gym you’ll need.

  • Mondays and Fridays 530-630pm EST over Zoom.

Baby & Me

  • This unique class ends the tough decision between time for exercise and time with your little one. Perform classic exercises like lunges and crunches using your baby as extra resistance...while they smile and giggle through what they think is a fun ride. Recommended for any caregiver, and babies 18 months and under. Beginners welcome.

  • Saturdays 9-10am EST over Zoom.
